Nicole (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in working with adults across the lifespan, including older adults. With a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver (2024) and a background in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nicole combines her knowledge of psychology and gerontology to provide a well-rounded therapeutic approach.

Nicole has extensive experience in the medical field, which enhances her understanding of the challenges and stressors clients may face within the healthcare system. She is particularly skilled in addressing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Utilizing evidence-based practices, Nicole is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), allowing her to tailor her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She believes in the power of collaboration, working closely with her clients to explore various strategies that support their personal growth and help them achieve their goals.
With a warm and empathetic demeanor, Nicole is committed to creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work towards healing. In her off time, Nicole loves a good book, walking her two dogs, Kona and Phil, and practicing yoga. 

Nicole offers sliding scale options for clients and will begin accepting OHP and Moda insurance plans in early 2025.
