Holocaust Case Manager/Café Europa



Kerry joined Jewish Family & Child Service in July 2017 as a Case Manager for the Holocaust Survivor Services program. She also coordinates monthly Café Europa events that provide social, recreational, and life-enrichment activities for the local Holocaust survivors that JFCS serves.

Kerry relocated to the USA from Cape Town, South Africa in 2013. Since then she has been committed to her new community, acting as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Multnomah County, serving as a board member for Congregation Kesser Israel, and volunteering for fundraising events.

She has almost 15 years’ experience in both the private and public health care sectors in South Africa. She was trained in Actuarial Science and has worked on complex projects ranging from funding to wellness to patient care and community health. Kerry has also started a fundraising business and has experience in event management.

In her personal time, Kerry enjoys cooking (and eating), running (so that she can eat), and spending time with her cats and husband.
