Caitlin is currently in her advanced year at Portland State University, earning her master’s degree in Social Work. She will intern with Jewish Family and Child Service until June 2017, focusing on developing skills in various settings including individual counseling and community-based treatment.
She earned her bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University in 2012 and spent three years after graduating working in Corvallis, Oregon as a program assistant for Court Appointed Special Advocates, a non-profit working with children and youth in the foster care system. Her professional interests lie in mental health counseling, trauma-informed practice, and promoting social justice.
In her free time Caitlin enjoys exploring Oregon with her border collie, doing yoga, and cooking.
