Individuals receiving support services often have a comprehensive support team, including case management, family members, one or more providers, and supports at school or work.  “Partners” staff is skilled at being an effective and respectful component of that team, helping to provide wraparound services to achieve the highest possible quality of life. We work toward meeting client goals in an individualized manner, following each person’s Individual Support Plan . “Partners” skills trainers provide support services such as: help in learning to use public transportation, menu planning, shopping, cooking, financial management, social skill building, job coaching, computer and internet skills, healthy and budget-friendly lifestyle choices, and many other skills identified in the individual’s support plan.

At Partners we feel that a person’s life is enriched by learning skills that can be used to increase independent living, create or expand a fulfilling social network, and draw out talents and interests, helping people to achieve their full potential and the highest quality of life of their choosing.
